THE CONSTITUTION
SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
- Whereas the General Assembly of the Opoji D’light North America (ODLNA) is desirous of a vibrant association to coordinate and promote a sense of community among its members and advance causes germane to them and their community;
- Whereas the Association must be positioned to function effectively in a contemporary world for which it has determined a Constitution is necessary;
- Therefore, having received the report of a Constitution Drafting Committee and following a resolution moved and seconded at a General Meeting held on the 15th day of December 2019, the following Constitution is hereby presented to the General Assembly of Opoji D’light North America (ODLNA), for ratification.
